Casa Medel has been wonderfully restored to provide an open-plan main room incorporating the kitchen/diner, lounge, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, swimming pool, garden and BBQ.
The result is quality, comfort and space.
The lounge area has satellite TV and WiFi connection along with an information folder of the surrounding facilities.
The kitchen has an electric oven, a microwave, fridge/freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, toaster, electric coffee maker and blender.
There are two bedrooms with a choice of double bed or two single beds. Again, quality is the watchword!
Each bedroom has its own bathroom which provides shower with sliding doors, toilet and wash hand-basin.
There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
Casa Medel has its own private swimming pool which measures 3m x 6m and has a depth of 1.2m to 1.6m.
In addition to the pool surrounds, there are various areas around the garden in which to sit and relax, read a book or just enjoy the sea view.
Casa Medel also has a BBQ house, in fact a second kitchen but outdoors. From here, you'll be able to cook the fresh produce from Puntagorda weekend market which sells a wide range of ecological products.
For walking and exploring on foot, Casa Medel is just a few metres away from the Camino Real GR130 walking route. 2km away is the Mirador el Time where the dramatic walking route of the GR131 El Baston passes by, finishing at Tazacorte.
