Casa Emiliana is situated in the area of San Juan, just north of the village of Puntallana which has a supermarket, chemist, bank and a couple of restaurant/cafe bars.
It is beautifully restored to a high standard and provides a spacious holiday home with quality fixtures and fittings. I think you'll really enjoy it!

With great views over both the sea and mountains, the terrace with patio seating is the ideal place not just for dining al fresco but as a brilliant lookout point too!

The spacious hallway leads to the open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. This gives plenty of space and light and yet feels cosy and welcoming.
For the cooler months, there is electric heating and also a log fire. With comfortable armchairs and satellite television, you can sit around the fire and enjoy your evening!

The large bedroom has two single beds which together form a spacious 1.90m x 2.m.
Additionally, you'll find that there is lots of wardrobe space, bedside tables, dressing table with mirror. And there is also the very interesting shelving which is built into the wall and an original feature of years gone by.
