On the upper floor is Apartment A which is accessed from the rear of the building. 

From the bedroom windows, there is a great view over the swimming pools and to the sea. 

At Villa Asuncion you can enjoy exploring the grounds and find quiet corners with tucked-away seating!

The main room incorporates a lounge with dining table and kitchen. 
Leading from the lounge are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, and a bathroom.

To the rear of the apartments is a wonderful communal space which is a roofed pergola with tables, chairs and deckchairs -
ideal for shade from the sun or any inclement days!
